At CHI: Well-Being Wednesday

On Wednesday, May 15th, Body and Brain will run two breathing sessions during the lunch break.

Note: our sessions will include simple body motions and exercises to open the energy channels and enhance the breath-work sessions

  • 12:30-1:00pm 30-minute breathwork session, two instructors
  • 1:15-1:45pm 30-minute breathwork session, two instructors

These sessions are free for all CHI attendees!
